After time at the London
College of Fashion and an inspirational moment that was to chose his
vocation, Pip began his career in Mayfair.
Pip's training was strict with a high end clientelle of actors, actresses,
models and the world renowned operatic soprano, June
Anderson whom all expected a high level of service. He learnt
much from the infamous 'Thistle' one of the early haridressing legends.

 |
| Broad influences came from the big names in hairdressing
including L'Oreal, Regis, the largest hairdressing company in Europe,
and the famous Vidal Sasson. Inspiration also came from regular attendance
of L'Oreal shows with the Fellowship of Hairdressers and from Norman
Ricklow, one of the younget ever Sasson salon manager's. |
|
| After time cutting hair
on the continent Pip moved to Baker Street to learn the Vidal
Sasson style under Norman Ricklow. Norman operated on quality
over quantity and this ethic has been the basis of YoYo's business. |
